Canalside, 138 Apartment New Build in Failsworth, Manchester

BARCX assisted in acquiring a strategic site for Meridian Developments in Failsworth, Manchester, which has planning consent for 138 high-end apartments.

The deal was quite challenging and involved significant risks, but we successfully mitigated these risks through our combined expertise to negotiate a viable agreement. 

Since then, BARCX has been helping Meridian secure overseas investment funding and sales exits, and is now positioned to undertake construction packages and contract administration. Completion is expected in the summer of 2027.
