BARCX was instructed by Meridian Construction for stages 2-5 of the RIBA Plan of Work under a design and build procurement.
This project proved particularly challenging as we inherited drawings that did not comply with certain planning and building regulations.
Additionally, the previous contractor had constructed the foundations in the incorrect locations, further complicating matters.
Thanks to our extensive experience and our diverse team of specialists, we were able to manage and design the scheme in a coordinated and effective manner.
This not only provided the client with the necessary quality assurances but also allowed us to value engineer the project, delivering it on time and within budget.
We are pleased to announce that the client wishes to proceed with an additional two-storey roof extension, which is scheduled for pre-construction in the last quarter of 2025.
